Synopsis
In the early episodes of The King: Eternal Monarch, the story is presented through flashbacks. You might feel a bit confused at first, but it will start to make sense as the story progresses.
This story revolves around a handsome prince of the Korean kingdom—a wise young man deeply immersed in his books. He has possessed a broken flute since childhood, and this very flute becomes the root cause of enmity and troubles.
Using this staff, he travels to another world where the lookalikes of his loved ones reside. In this new world, he meets Kim Go-eun and falls in love with her. The story unfolds from there.
